Creating Courses

Create Training That People Actually Use

FlexAuthoring is our point-and-click, template-based text, graphics and multimedia authoring tool. It provides a secure content production application that transforms your concepts and ideas into web-deliverable interactive learning content, fully imbedded into your course structure. FlexAuthoring is an integral part of the Login & Go hosted service.

Using only a standard web browser, one or more course authors use a streamlined point-and-click toolset to rapidly develop and deploy online learning for the topic of your choice. Start with basic templates and add interactivity, multimedia and advanced layouts as needed.

Your authored courses may include text, images and media-rich training material. You can also quickly build multimedia "learner interactions" which use a quiz-style question-and-answer format to reinforce the learning process as the material is delivered.

With Private Training Centers, you can:

  • Blend in streaming video and Macromedia Flash with text
  • Use audio narratives to enforce learning concepts
  • Create learner exercises to accelerate knowledge transfer
  • Use an online media library for user-defined learner interaction
  • Choose from 20 dynamic templates for your learning screens
  • Quickly define "hot spots" in your learning graphics to dynamically deliver content

Each "learning screen" that you create may include optional sound tracks, automatic screen advance, status bar footers, test formatting, interactivity and point-and-click exercises. FlexAuthoring empowers our customers, without programming, to easily and economically publish rich e-Learning content.

You can always mix content that you author online with material from other sources, such as Flash, HTML, Microsoft Office documents and external web sites. This functionality is available even within the same course. Our unique, web-based authoring tool is easy-to-use and gives you a complete end-to-end online training solution.
